Role Overview:
We are looking for an Email Marketer / Lead Generator to drive targeted outreach campaigns and generate high-quality leads. If you have experience in email marketing, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies across various platforms.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure maximum engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance.
- Use CRM systems to maintain and update lead databases.
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for better conversion rates.
- Stay updated on best practices in email marketing and lead generation.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and funnels.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation is a plus.
