Custom Development Projects
Refunds are available if we fail to deliver agreed-upon milestones or if there are significant deviations from the project scope without your approval.
Consultation Services
If you're not satisfied with your initial consultation, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll provide a full refund.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused time will be processed on a prorated basis.
One-Time Services
One-time service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless we fail to deliver as agreed.
Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Contact our support team via email or through our contact form 2. Provide your project details and reason for the refund request 3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days 4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days 5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Third-party service fees (domain registrations, hosting, API costs, etc.) • Work completed and approved by the client • Services rendered more than 30 days ago • Deposits for projects that have already commenced • Services provided at discounted or promotional rates (unless stated otherwise)
Project Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project: • Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred • During Development: Refund of remaining milestone payments, minus completed work • After Completion: No refund available We work in milestones to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a refund decision: 1. Contact our support team to discuss your concerns 2. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution 3. If needed, we can arrange a call with our management team 4. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund amount.
